The IT department is a very “behind-the-scenes” department; everyone knows that. What do they do? Fix our Chromebooks, manage Canvas and Aeries, and maintain the school WiFi that never works? Well, that’s what everyone we asked in a survey said. New Media Lit went behind the scenes with Lauren Chung, Ernest Leong, and Alexander Dao to bring Los Altos students and staff insight into what the IT department does, and help clear up whatever misconceptions people have about them.
